Build me a 14-day agentic sales engine for a mid-market insurance brokerage.

Goal understood: a 14-day outbound and inbound engine that books qualified risk reviews for a mid-market brokerage without adding producer workload. Plan is on the timeline. Three questions actually change it — pilot regions, whether an automation may read the quoting sheet, and the account-size floor.
  3. You

Floor is 25k premium. Regions TBD. Assume the quoting sheet is human-read for now.

Noted and written to memory. I'll build against the 120-day renewal window rather than volume — timing is the only edge that survives contact with a contractor's inbox. Starting with the definition document, then the sequence.

Five lines. The engine is defined, segmented, written, drawn, and run-booked. Domain warm-up is in flight and takes 21 days. Instrumentation is queued behind it. Producer adoption is blocked on two names. Next move: name the pilot regions and inbox owners, and start warm-up Monday.

Engine specification — what a qualified risk review is

The definition everything else is measured against, plus the handoff moment.

Definition

A qualified risk review is a 30-minute scheduled call with a named decision maker at an account inside a 90–150 day renewal window, where the account has at least $25k in annual premium and at least one exposure the incumbent has not priced in the last two years.

The four disqualifiers

Renewal more than 180 days out. No named decision maker on the invite. Premium below $25k with no growth story. An incumbent relationship inside the family — we do not fight a brother-in-law and we do not pretend otherwise.

Handoff moment

The engine owns everything up to a held calendar invite with an agenda attached. The producer owns everything after. There is no shared middle; a shared middle is where meetings die.

What good looks like at day 90

20 qualified reviews booked per month across two regions, 38% of reviews producing a quote request, and producer time spent on the engine averaging under 15 minutes a day.
